I have the best husband ever!

For my birthday my husband suggested a Saturday afternoon in Griffith Park - a little tennis and picnic lunch. For those of you from the east coast Griffith park is the Los Angeles equivalent of Central Park...for those of you from Vancouver, it's the equivalent of Stanley Park. Anyways...we arrive around 2:00 and strangely our friends keep popping up...it took me forever to clue-in, but Dan had organized a surprise birthday party in the park for me. Great food, great friends, and a little red wine. What a wonderful way to officially close the summer.
