Mom, Dad, and I decided to spend the day at the lake. We headed out around ten, then stopped for lunch along one of the beaches on the way up to the cabin. Katie had a ton of fun retrieving sticks in the lake. The water was like glass, the sun was shinning, and the new boat...smoothe! It was great seeing the cabin, mom and dad have finished putting up the wall of the bedroom and have got the spiral staircase up. Mom and I sat out on the deck in the sun while dad checked on a few things. It was a lot of fun and the perfect day for taking in some beautiful British Columbia scenery!!
